What happens after you order?
1. You’ll receive your personalisation form
The preview you explored was just a demonstration of what’s possible. After ordering, you’ll receive a separate form where you can make all of your real selections.
2. You’ll make the book yours
Choose your cover, add names, photos and messages, and complete the details in your own time. You can save your progress and come back whenever you need to.
3. You’ll review it before printing
Once your completed form is submitted, we’ll send your digital flipbook proof within 2–4 working days. You can request changes before giving final approval. Nothing is sent to print until you approve it. From approval, allow approximately 12–20 working days for printing, binding and delivery within New Zealand.
