Each book is shaped around your child and the people who are important to them. You’ll choose who to include, add photographs and personal messages, and make simple selections that personalise the story.

The edition determines the physical format and finish of your book. The Classic Edition is a smaller landscape keepsake with a linen hardcover, satin paper and durable PUR binding. The Signature Edition is a larger portrait keepsake with a premium linen hardcover, traditional section-sewn binding, textured archival-quality paper and additional illustrations throughout.

The story length determines how much content and personalisation is included. The Short Story focuses on 3–5 of your child’s most important people, while the Full Story allows for 3–9 people, includes additional story sections and offers an optional remembrance section.

Both choices work together, so you can select the edition and story length that best suit your family.

Yes. Several personalisation choices work especially well for someone who has passed away, and the Full Story has an optional remembrance section.

After your purchase, we’ll automatically email you a guided personalisation form. You can then choose who to include, upload photographs, add messages and make the selections that shape your story

Not at all. The story is thoughtfully written already, and we guide you through simple choices that make it personal.

They don’t need to be professional. Choose meaningful photographs that are reasonably clear; we’ll check them and contact you if anything may not reproduce well.

Once your completed personalisation form and all required information have been received, we’ll create and check your book and send you a digital flipbook proof within 2–4 working days. This timeframe starts when the completed form is submitted, not when the book is purchased

Absolutely. Nothing is printed until you’ve reviewed the online digital flipbook and given final approval.

Our books are professionally printed and bound by MILK Books, a specialist premium photo-book and album maker.

Once your completed personalisation form is submitted, allow 2–4 working days for your digital flipbook proof. You can then request changes and approve the final book. From final approval, allow approximately 12–20 working days for printing, binding and delivery within New Zealand. For an important date, we recommend allowing approximately 4–5 weeks from submitting your completed form.

Yes. Once your finished book is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information.

At launch, we deliver within New Zealand only. Shipping is $15 for the first book and $8 for each additional book in the same order. There is no rural surcharge.

Yes, while reviewing your flipbook. Changes are no longer possible after final approval and printing begins.

Contact us as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and take photographs of the packaging and book so we can arrange help with our printing partner.

Personalised books cannot be returned for change of mind after approval and printing. If your book is damaged, faulty or differs from what you approved, please contact us.
